Query the GitHub projects available to the system agent.

## Before you call

The example below uses `$AI_STUDIO_API_KEY`, `$WORKSPACE_ID`, `$AGENT_ID`, and `$CHANNEL_INSTANCE_ID` (GitHub channel instance IDs).
