FROM_BASE64()
FROM_BASE64() is used to convert a Base64 encoded string back to raw binary data (or text data).
Function Description
FROM_BASE64() is used to convert a Base64 encoded string back to raw binary data (or text data). Data that is Base64 encoded using the TO_BASE64() function can be decoded. If the argument is NULL, the result is NULL.

Known Issues
Decoded output from FROM_BASE64() may include trailing null bytes (\0) that are not present in the original input. For example, FROM_BASE64('YQ==') returns 'a\0\0' (length 3) instead of 'a' (length 1). MySQL strips these bytes automatically; MatrixOne currently retains them.
