Platform administration¶
Platform administration covers the foundational organization and resource capabilities within an AI Studio workspace: workspaces and members, Catalog and compute resources, and cross-workspace data sharing and subscriptions.
Start by setting up a workspace, then configure members and resources, and finally share data as needed.

Recommended order¶
Workspaces: confirm the current workspace or create a project workspace.
Member management → User permissions: invite colleagues and assign roles.
Catalog: prepare directories and databases for storing data.
Compute resources: create dedicated resources as needed, or start with platform defaults.
After the data is ready, use Data sharing and Data subscriptions to collaborate across workspaces.
