Cash overdraft

MatrixOne Intelligence supports cash overdraft, giving you flexibility in managing funds. With overdraft enabled, you can keep using the platform’s services even when your account balance is low, up to a preset overdraft limit. This helps you handle unexpected funding gaps and keep your business running without payment hiccups. Overdraft both improves the user experience and gives organizations more flexibility and safety in financial management.

Note that this feature is not enabled for all users. To turn it on, contact your account manager — the platform enables it based on your needs. Once enabled, you can see your overdraft limit on the Account Overview page.
