Top up

MatrixOne Intelligence offers online top-up. Currently supported payment methods:

• Alipay

• WeChat Pay

• Bank transfer (corporate)

Log in to the instance management console and click the Top Up button at the top of the page to open the top-up dialog. Note that the per-transaction limit for Alipay and WeChat Pay is 50,000 RMB.

Notes:

• After the top-up, if you have any outstanding bills, the topped-up funds are applied to those bills first.

• Top-up funds are not directly invoiceable; you can request an invoice based on consumption records after purchasing resources on the cloud platform.

• Online withdrawal is not supported. If you need to withdraw, contact us.
