ALTER ICEBERG CATALOG¶

ALTER ICEBERG CATALOG changes the connection options of a registered Iceberg catalog.

Description¶

Use ALTER ICEBERG CATALOG to change one or more options of an existing catalog. The option names and values follow CREATE ICEBERG CATALOG. At least one supported option is required; the catalog must already exist.

Syntax¶

ALTER ICEBERG CATALOG catalog_name SET option = value [, option = value ...]
ALTER ICEBERG CATALOG catalog_name SET (option = value [, option = value ...])

Supported options include type, uri, warehouse, auth_mode (or auth), token_secret_ref (or token_secret), and capabilities_json. Token options must use a secret:// reference; inline secrets are rejected.
