Service endpoints and environments

Genesis Model API and Product API use different service addresses. Copy the complete base URL from developer connection information for the current environment; do not substitute a console web address, an address from another environment, or the other API category’s base URL.

When switching environments, update the base URL, credential, workspace ID, and model or resource IDs together. First validate the new configuration with GET /models for Genesis or GET /workspaces for Product API before submitting writes.
