Multimodal chat¶
Use a text-and-image content array only after confirming that the selected model supports multimodal input for Chat Completions. A capability label alone is not a guarantee that the current endpoint and provider configuration accept image requests.
Start with a small image request and inspect the response before sending production traffic. Do not include confidential images, credentials, or unredacted customer data in diagnostic requests.
