Workspaces¶
The workspace switcher lists available workspaces under My Workspaces and Joined Workspaces. After you switch, the application sets the selected workspace as the current context, and later resource operations run in that workspace.
Switch workspaces¶
Click the current workspace name in the top bar.
Select a target workspace under My Workspaces or Joined Workspaces.
After the page navigates to the target workspace, open the Resource Center page you need.
Deleted workspaces appear as unavailable and cannot be switched into. If the workspace list fails to load, click refresh and retry.
Create a workspace¶
Open the workspace switcher in the top bar.
Click Create Workspace.
Enter a workspace name.
Click confirm to create.
After a successful create, the page navigates to the new workspace. If the name is empty, the create action is not submitted. If the API create fails, the dialog shows an error message.
Accept a workspace invitation¶
When the workspace switcher shows a workspace as Pending Acceptance:
Select that workspace.
In the confirmation dialog, review the workspace name.
Click Accept Invitation.
After a successful accept, the page enters that workspace. If accept fails, follow the dialog message to retry or contact an administrator.
Delete a workspace¶
The workspace switcher shows the delete entry only for My Workspaces, and the workspace currently in use does not provide a delete button.
Open the workspace switcher in the top bar.
Under My Workspaces, find a target that is not the current workspace.
Click Delete Workspace and confirm.
After a successful delete, the workspace is removed from the list. You cannot delete the current workspace, a joined workspace, or an already deleted workspace through the current entry point.
Members and permissions¶
Member invitations, role assignment, and permission points are not managed in the workspace switcher. See User permissions. For publishing or subscribing to data across workspaces, see Data sharing.
