Find an earlier conversation¶
Expand the relevant agent group and use More for older conversations. You can collapse groups or drag them to reorder them. The group’s additional actions include starting a conversation; the menu beside an individual conversation provides actions such as pinning and renaming. See Manage conversation history.
Use a resource after configuring it¶
Resource Center manages the resource itself. Agent details determine which resources that assistant can use. A conversation executes the task. For example, after uploading documents to a knowledge base, bind it to the target agent before asking that agent questions about the documents.
