Build Document Visual Manifest¶
Organize pages, visual objects, text, and image references from drawings or documents into a manifest shared by text and image indexes.
Connect Document Text Embedding or Image Embedding after creating the manifest.
Build from drawing results¶
The default profile is industrial_drawing_v1. This path requires the full cad_result from CAD Drawing Segmentation.
Bind the complete result, retaining page sources and artifact file references.
For ordinary documents with text and images, use the Prepare Document Knowledge Base with Image Index template, which supplies the corresponding parsing and manifest settings.

For multiple files, pass all manifest_file_ids and source mappings downstream. Run indexing only after manifests are successfully generated.
Example: connect drawing analysis to retrieval¶
Flow: CAD Drawing Segmentation → Build Document Visual Manifest → Document Text Embedding and Image Embedding.
Bind the full CAD result and use the same manifest set for both indexes. Retain source mappings for final lineage registration.
