Inspect skill details and versions¶
Open a skill in My skills to view its name, summary, current version, tags, status, source, creation time, execution instructions, package files, and agents using it.
Review current content¶
Read the current version’s execution instructions. Instructions may change while the name stays the same. Confirm the input scope, steps, and output requirements before team use.
The package-files area shows files supplied by the skill package. A manually created instruction-only skill may have no additional files.
Review version history¶
Use the version selector to inspect older content and compare it with the current instructions. To adopt an older version, verify which version Set as current targets, submit, reopen details, and check the current marker. Validate with a representative task.
Editing execution instructions creates a new version. These are skill-content versions, separate from agent experiment management.
Check the impact of changes¶
Review Agents using this skill and cross-check the target agent’s details. Before changing a shared skill, consider the effect on other assistants, particularly changes such as replacing permission to retrieve information with a restriction to current input only.
