Configure a WeCom group robot¶
A group robot uses the Webhook URL belonging to one WeCom group. After binding, an agent can send messages to that group.
Create message push in the group¶
Open the target group’s chat information and select Message push. Add a custom message push, give it a name such as “MOI project notifications,” copy the generated Webhook URL, and save.
Create the MOI instance¶
Open Resource Center → Tools → WeCom → Add → Group robot.
Enter an instance name.
In Webhook Key, paste either the complete Webhook URL or only the value after
key=in that URL.Leave the optional timeout empty for the 30-second default, or set it as needed.
Save and run the connection test. This test sends a connection-test message to the WeCom group.
The saved instance hides the Webhook Key. Verify the destination and test result rather than expecting the key to remain visible.
Validate and troubleshoot¶
Bind the saved instance to the target agent and request an explicit test message. Confirm its receipt in the intended group.
