Configure QQ Mail¶
Let an agent handle email through a specified QQ mailbox. Use a mailbox client authorization code, not the QQ login password.
Configure MOI¶
Prepare a test mailbox and enable the required client services.
Open Resource Center → Tools → QQ Mail and create an instance.
Enter the name, complete email address, and authorization code.
Save and test the connection.
Select the mailbox instance in the agent’s tool configuration. If a code expires or is revoked, generate a new one, update, and retest.
Field |
Requirement |
Value |
|---|---|---|
Instance name |
Required |
A name such as “Test QQ mailbox” |
Email address |
Required |
The complete address; |
Authorization code |
Required |
The client code generated by this same mailbox, not its login password |
Timeout |
As offered by the form |
Usually retain the default; longer timeouts do not fix authentication |
Validate agent use¶
After saving, reopen the configuration to confirm it persists and run Test connection. Then bind the capability to the target agent, selecting the intended connection wherever an instance selector is provided. Inspect an actual tool call and compare its result with the target platform. A configured badge or a plausible answer alone is insufficient.
First query a known test message in the mailbox. For sending, specify your own recipient address and explicit test content, then check actual receipt. A connection test does not establish delivery.
Troubleshoot¶
Symptom |
Check |
|---|---|
Authentication failed |
Correct code rather than login password, matching mailbox, and enabled services |
Connection timeout |
MOI server outbound access to mailbox services |
Message not received |
Send result, recipient, spam folder, and bounces before repeating the send |
