Account Overview

In the platform, if you want to create and use paid instances, you need to ensure that there is sufficient balance in your platform account. You can top up your platform account by rechargeing cash or activating vouchers.

Log in to the instance platform, clickBilling >Account Overview to enter the account overview page. The information displayed can quickly understand the account situation.

  • Account amount composition

The account amount of MO Intelligence includes two parts: cash and vouchers. The vouchers can only be activated by the activation code. At present, we have not opened online payment or public transfer, so cash recharge requires contacting our support staff to operate offline.

  • Account consumption rules

The consumption of instances on the platform will be given priority to deduct vouchers. When multiple vouchers are valid at the same time, the one with the most recent expiration date will be given priority, followed by the one with a smaller balance. The platform will charge and deduct once an hour.

Monthly Bill Overview

Monthly bills show the consumption amount of each month in the form situation. The time range of the monthly bill can be selected according to the accounting period (the optional range shall not exceed one year).

  • Accounting period: month to which the bill amount belongs

  • Account date: the beginning of the next month

  • Consumption amount: The amount consumed this month

  • state:

    • Accounting: Indicates the real-time consumption data of the month.
    • Unsettled: means that the account has been issued, but there are arrears of fees.
    • Cleared: means that the bill has been issued and there is no arrears.

Consumption trend analyzes your consumption from three dimensions: instance type, billing items and hot instances. By default, it displays consumption in the past 6 months. You can also filter it yourself, but the optional range must be within one year. Hot instances show the top three examples of your consumption. Monitoring consumption trends will help users better understand the consumption situation of each instance, so as to analyze the instances in a targeted manner.
