Coupon Management

Vouchers are financial rights given to customers in the form of virtual vouchers, which can be used to offset customers' fees for purchasing cloud services.

Log in to the instance platform, clickBilling >Account Overview >Card Coupon Management Enter the Card Coupon Management page, where you can clearly see the detailed information of the voucher. You can click the+Add Voucher button on the page to enter the activation code to activate your voucher. Once the voucher is used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. The platform will give priority to deducting vouchers that have recently expired and have a small balance.

Note

Please pay attention to the validity time of the card coupon. The card coupon must be used within the validity period. Once the validity period has passed, the remaining balance of the card coupon will not be used.

Voucher details

You can view the details of your voucher by filtering the voucher's expiration date. Only vouchers with statusavailable can be deducted, balance = total face value - used amount - expired amount - invalid amount - uneffective amount.

  • Used amount: Used card coupon amount + Part of the amount used before expired card coupon expires + Part of the amount used before invalid card coupon is invalid + The current status is available card coupon part of the amount used
  • Expired amount: Total amount of expired card coupons - Part of the amount used before the card coupon expires
  • Amount of a vacant card: Total amount of vacant card coupon - Part of the amount used before the vacant card is vacant
  • Not effective amount: Total amount of card coupons that have not reached the effective time have been activated

The following descriptions for the status

  • Not effective: The card coupon has been activated, but the effective time has not reached
  • Available: The card coupon is valid and there is a quota
  • Used: The card coupon amount has been used up and cleared
  • Expired: The card coupon has expired
  • Voided: The card voucher is invalid

Voucher usage history

In the voucher usage history, you can filter the voucher usage you want to know based on the voucher ID and valid time. The voucher ID does not support fuzzy queries. The deduction status is divided into success and failure. The balance of your account will not change if the deduction fails.
