MatrixOne Intelligence provides users with online recharge methods. The currently supported recharge methods are:

  • Alipay recharge
  • WeChat recharge
  • Transfer to the public

After logging into the instance management platform, click theRecharge button at the top of the page to pop up the recharge window. Please note that when using Alipay and WeChat for recharge, the maximum limit for each transaction is 50,000 yuan.

Please note:

  • After the recharge is completed, if you have an unpaid bill (deductible fees), the recharge funds will be deducted first;
  • Recharge funds do not support direct invoice issuance. You need to apply for invoices based on the consumption record after purchasing resources on the cloud platform;
  • Online withdrawal function is not supported yet. If you need it, please contact us.
