instance renewal
Renewal means that the user chooses to purchase the instance service of the same configuration again before or after the existing instance expires. For annual monthly package instances, once the service period reaches, the system will automatically suspend service. To avoid service interruptions, users can extend the valid life of their instances by renewing them. Although the renewal service will not start after the expiration of the existing contract, the user will need to complete the payment immediately upon deciding to renew. Once the renewal operation is completed, the validity period of the instance will be automatically updated to the new contract period end time. It should be noted that after the renewal is completed, the transaction will be irrevocable as the payment has been settled. If the user wants to change the service content, he or she needs to follow the unsubscribe process.
Renewal operation
Users can renew in the following two ways:

Turn on the automatic renewal option when Create instance.

After the instance is created, click the renewal/auto renewal button below the instance card to customize the renewal time and payment method.
After the automatic renewal is enabled, you can turn it off at any time, and the system will automatically process the next renewal 9 days before the expiration of the current instance service period. To do this, make sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the renewal fee before the automatic renewal date arrives.
